Being a master of ceremonies is more than just talking on the microphone. It's understanding and performing as a spokesperson with eloquence and with style. A master of ceremonies directs, informs, and guides the entire evening keeping the timeline in check and your guests fully engaged from the moment they arrive.

  • In person planning consultations. Unlimited communication.
     

  • Creation of "Entertainment Timeline" that scripts a seamless transition between all your signature moments (Grand Entrance, Dinner, Buffet order, Speeches, Cake Cutting, First Dance, Party Blast...)

  • Day of planning and coordination with all vendors, venue, and family 

  • Greet guests during ceremony, cocktail, and when reception doors open.
     

  • Introduce wedding party to a "Fan Fare" Grand Entrance.
     

  • Welcome speech and housekeeping.

  • Provide VIP service to head and family member tables.
     

  • Icebreaker(s) Games (Kissing, Buffet Line, Shoe Game, Anniversary Dance, etc.).
     

  • Make special announcements (out of town guests, letters, emails, etc.). 
     

  • Introduce all VIP speakers.​

  • Clear communication with venue, planner, vendors (photographers, video, DJ, etc.) to ensure timeline is on track.
     

  • Signature "Party Blast" to kick off the night of dancing
     

  • Mix and mingle with guests... dance!

This would be perfect for you if:

  • You have already chosen the MC but would like him/her to enjoy the celebration without stress or worry but still contribute as the MC. 

  • Your chosen MC is funny and outgoing but has never been an MC at a wedding before. I will work and meet with you chosen MC to create a flawless and engaging celebration.

  • You already have a tight timeline and want to ensure it is executed flawlessly and professionally.

  • You just need minimal announcements made throughout but would like the "Signature Moments" handled by a professional MC.

  • You feel your chosen MC could be great but have some reservations on his commitment (drinking to much, not enough time to commit, out of town MC, etc.).

  • You are working with a coordinator but would like your Timeline enhanced with an entertainment perspective and then executed flawlessly throughout.

 

What is included?

  • Unlimited consultations (It is requested that I meet with your choosen MC prior to the wedding day.).

  • Creation and execution of "Entertainment Timeline" 

  • Great guests during cocktail and when reception doors open.

  • Working as your DJ and Co-MC I will be able to make any or all Signature Moment Announcements (Grand Entrance, Icebreakers, Dinner Table Call ups, First Dance, Party Plast, Bouquet, Garter, etc...) .
